1. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Camden Food Stores. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer straightforward returns and refunds. Please read our return policy carefully.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, and with the original tags still intact. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear in your account. Returns may incur a processing fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount where applicable.

4. Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange it for a new one. Contact our customer support team within 2 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting our support team. Cancellations may incur a processing fee. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and our return policy applies.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.

7. Sale Items

Some items are marked as 'Sale' and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
