Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. We may offer free shipping promotions during special events or for specific products.
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with information on your order.
We currently deliver to Trinidad and ship to the USA and Caribbean countries. Some items may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons.

You will be notified prior to your order being delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure an adult is available to sign for and receive (the receiver) your items during the designated delivery period. Orders that include alcoholic drinks will also require the receiver to present their valid Government issued ID for age verification (must be 18yrs or over). Failure to do so will result in the order being returned to our store for curbside pickup or delivered on another date which may incur additional charges.
